Winning bidder will contact seller immediately on close of auction & be prepared to secure vehicle & sale with deposit. Credit card deposit of $500 & up to $2500 accepted on Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Balance due within 5 days of close of auction, paid by either cash in person, bank to bank wire transfer, cashier's check or pre-approved financing. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Remember most banks and credit unions do not finance older & higher mileage vehicles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Vehicle is pre-owned & titled, sold As Is & As Where, all Florida dealers have a dealer documentary administration fee, ours is one of the lowest at $289, this fee additional on all final auction sales.
